  1. The package balance is defined as the amount paid for the package plus an additional bonus amount as specified on the product page at the time of purchase.
  2. The term 'initial transaction' used here refers to the purchase of the package itself.
  3. The package balance is valid for the purchase/booking of Hundhagen, Private Use 1, 2 and 3 hours.
  4. The package balance is not valid for the purchase of additional packages.
  5. The package balance must be used within the specified time from the purchase date, as stated at the time of purchase (found on the product page).
  6. The package balance is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
  7. Refunds under the right of withdrawal are available within 14 days of purchase.
  8. If a purchase is made with the package balance within 14 days of the initial transaction, the entire package balance, including the amount of the initial transaction, becomes non-refundable.
  9. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  10. We reserve the right to change or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
